very niceThe hotel was updated, stylish and comfortable. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and were very courtious and helpful. The rooms were exremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. charming, helpful, graciousWe booked the hotel on the internet, and having never been to Paris, had no idea what to expect. We wanted to be within walking distance to Champs d'elyses; unfortunately it was an extremely long walk and we had to take a cab on our return trip. Loved this cozy Parisian hotelI stayed at the Cervantes on my first trip to Europe, and this cozy little hotel exceeded every expectation I had. I expected, based on anecdotes from others, a tiny, dingy room with no bathroom and a rude staff. Instead, our group of 3 was pleasantly surprised when we were greeted by name upon entering.
