At first I was a little upset about the room we had. The phone was broke, so I called the desk and instead of just sending in a new phone they had us switch rooms. This place was a joke. We were told we would get a free cocktail upon arrival....No bar.....we were told free parking...not free....there was no hot water...no A/C...ice machine did not work...soada machine did not work...pool was disgusting...people at the hotel were rude, and the phone did not even work in our room. Pay an extra $20-$30 and stay anywhere else but here.....

My husband and I love the location and the overview. But hidden charges pop up at checkout. Like there parking area was not free and was never brought up of a charge if use. The room was nice but we are not fans of cold Showers. Not once did the water reach a slight of warmth. Would not Recommend.

Please don't ever, ever, ever, go to this hotel. It seems like a good deal but it is NOT! There are bummmmmmmmmmmmmmmssssssss on the corner with their beer or whaterver it is they are drinkn, and the hotel is dirt as h-e-double hockey sticks. It reeks the smoke as soon as you walk in. And the walk to burbon is long so i say again do not stay here!!!!!

Beautiful architecture and the central location were the best perks. I also found the concierge service to be excellent.
