Suite Paradise claims Ocean Front units are 40-80 yds away. Not so, they are much further. The extra money charged is not worth it. The ocean views are as nice, less expensive, closer to the pool and grills for less money. There really isn't much of a beach, lot of rocks. The units, 2bd/2 bth were spacious, but the kitchens and baths were dated, very 1980's.
Our first trip to Hawaii far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a small condo in the Sugar Mill cottages (part of Suite Paradise) and it was fantastic. No pests, no mildew, very clean with plenty of towels & pillows. We had our own garage for our rental car, a nice kitchenette, great washer and drier. The only downside is that it is about ...

Poipu Kai Resort-Suite Paradise satisfies even picky travelers like me!

We just returned from our second visit to the spacious Poipu Kai Resort. Our first visit, booked through a travel agent, was marginally acceptable but this time we booked ourselves in accommodations offered exclusively by Suite Paradise. Everything was simply great!
