The room was clean and the hotel was very close to many restaurants, a movie theater and a mall. The mall was walking distance as were some of the restaurants.The staff was very pleasant but they do need some new irons. Both of the ones they gave me leaked. Overall it was a good bargain.

Location is very good, next to highway, next to mall. Nicest area of Joliet. Had 1 problem and they upgraded my room to a much larger one with spa.

Dislike - pool and community spa being worked on.

Room was dirty, staff was awful. Front desk staff were always on their cell phone. A piece of jewelry managed to disappear from our room after our stay.
