I was glad I booked our stay here, albeit its location is not in the heart of Tokyo. The service was excellent, they'd go out of their way to serve your needs. It's right across the Yurikamome Monorail, just a few steps from the hotel entrance. Right next to it are 2 shopping malls, where I practically went everyday.
The hotel is beautiful and the location is great (nice view of skyline and right next to the train). The only drawback is the price of things like food and amenities. Expect to pay at least 1800 yen for a small meal and the pool/excercise room costs 3150 yen for the first use and 1050 yen for each use thereafter.
All in all a pretty sweet spot, though. I'd stay there again.
We stayed there for two nights in late May of '06. Great hotel. Helpful staff, great view of Tokyo across the water with the rainbow bridge & Tokyo tower. Our room was large and very comfortable. Everything was first class but the hallway on our floor had a strange musty smell, almost like a wet carpet smell that hit us everytime we got off ...
