Service is a little funky - office is only open from 9 am to 7 pm with emergency numbers. The only drawback is that free coffee is available in the office - but most days I'm gone before 9 am. A Great Place to Stay!

This is a great hotel to stay at. It is right in the middle of downtown, which makes it convenient for shopping, dining, and the nightlife. The room was gorgeous and very clean. Enough room for our family to have space for themselves. The staff was friendly and very helpful with every wuestion we asked. We had a great time and cannot wait to go back in the spring.
My family and I stayed at this hotel last winter. We really like the Grand Lake area and decided to stay there because it was close to the Winter Park Ski area and the Rocky Mountain National Park.
