We stayed here on the way to a cousin's wedding, March 17, 2007. Needed an ironing board to get clothes ready and had to go to laundry room. It was sufficient but very humid inside the room. Small lawn area outside pool gate, near laundry; got our own folding chairs from car and enjoyed nice So Calif weather after a long day on the road, ...

This was a disappointment! I thought that by choosing to stay in Calabasas I was going to be in a nice place. This hotel was not to my liking. The exterior was ok, nice pool, etc. But the room was literally a closet, with old carpet and a smell I couldn't identify. I think it was the smell of OLD carpet! I won't place myself in that situation again.

This in has one of the best customer service that I have ever received from any hotel or motel or Inn. I would differently recommend everyone to stay here. Everyone(employees as well) minds their own business, that is greatly appreciated since you don't find that very often any more.

The Hotel is very clean, and the cleaning lady always made sure there was clean towels and also made sure the room was clean it was a good choice Thanks for asking .
