I have stayed at the best hotels in the Sao Paulo area and the Renaissance is by far the best hotel in the city given the rooms and the service provided.

I have been to the Renaissance many times and have always appreciated the outstanding accomodations. But what really stands out are the wonderful people who work there. I get the sense that there is nothing they wouldn't do for you. My hat is off to them!

Wonderful hotel. We stayed there six days in September of 2004. We thought the location, the staff and the amenities were first class. If returning to Sao Paulo we would stay there without doubt. We had some special arrangements made for us and they went off perfectly, smoothly.

The Renaissance in Sao Paolo is one of my favorite hotels - I've stayed at many around the world, and the location, beautiful interior, clean and modern rooms are very impressive. I stayed there many times, and each time was consistently excellent. The location is central and the hotel can be a popular place for people to gather for drinks in the Lobby - the vibrant environment adds to the charm of the hotel!

This hotel is a jewel in a tough city. It's relatively new and has many ammenities that other hotels do not. The previous reviewer captured some of the problems with this hotel, but it is definitely worth the price.
