The carpets look nasty. There were roaches in the rooms. The parking lot was nasty. There was some kind ball team there, and the kids were very loud, no one would do anything about it.The front desk lady was very hateful to us. the housekeeping crew was very loud in the morning laughing and making fun of someone.The rooms were dusty, the bathrooms ...

This sink and bathroom clean however the beds were old, the rooms and corridors smelled, carpets were dirty. Since we were there for a volleyball tournament and all other hotels were full, they charged us $89 per night! Walls were paper thin...heard EVERYTHING going on in the next room. Highly overprice.

Absolutley Beautiful, nicest place I have stayed in a long time. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond the call of duty. This is a hotel that you will feel comfortable and safe no matter the reason for your travel! If ever in Fort Smith, I would recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel is nice and the rooms are pretty clean, but the carpet desparately needs cleaned. I have stayed here in the past and had great expereinces, but this time, not so good. The service is terrific and responsive, just don't walk barefoot.
