Staff are rude and even use foul words,
The bath tub in my room was not clean when I requested a to change to a room with a clean bathtub,I was moved a room with extreamly old scatched funiture and the bed felt like cardboard. the third room I changed too was on the second floor and newer with a softer bed but again the bath tub was not clean.

No the rooms aren't plush and there is wear and tear, but considering the price, it was well worth it. Had no problems and the staff was always nice.
