He is extremely intellectually challenged and does not have good enough grasp on the English language to work in that environment. He had no idea where anything was in Rochester. I came into Rochester from Toronto for supplies meeting with one of my customers. Great little place with internet and a perfect small breakfast with cereal, fruit, and muffins. See you folks again in a few weeks aye!

We were there for a funeral this past weekend. The staff were super friendly and they even allowed us to check out late after the funeral. I would recommend this place again and stay again if we come to Rochester.

My husband and I were there for a sporting event at the ESL center. Great location, friendly staff, and nice little perks like wi-fi and breakfast. I would recommend for familiy gatherings.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

I was just there for the Empire State Games with my family and the staff was very nice to us and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel at home.
