I really like the people who work and operate the hotel. It is very dated - if you want the Ritzy room service feel - go for the Hyatt or stay at the Marriott which is also in a great location in Bellevue. The Marriott is my favorite place to stay - but we go as a family and need more room and the ability to cook at least a few meals and snacks in.
