After doing hours of research we decided on the Mondial. After our 8 hour flight they made us wait for our room which as not ready yet. This was 3pm so it was not good enough. We also had an 8 month old with us, and she also let them know it was not good enough by crying in the lobby.

Only its geographical situation has an interest, for all other things, go elsewhere. I had a very bad welcome, the staff is indifferent to the customer, they painly go to work. Perhaps a good briefing in human relation by the group management would be very valuable to change this spirit!

I had a great stay at the Mondial Hotel in Rome. The staff was excellent the rooms were clean and the location was perfect.

Everyone that worked there was very helpful and friendly. Diego at the front desk was always smiling and helpful. The bartender Lugico was the same. He triied to help us understand Italian TV :).

When I go back to Rome I will definetly stay at the Mondial.
