This hotel was wonderful. It was beautiful and the staff was wonderful! We actually miss the doorman because we established a friendly relationship with him in just a short time.
My only complaint was our room was near the elevator and we could hear the elevator working all night.

Very nice hotel with dinner area and bar. Rooms are very nice and clean. The piano and pianist in the lobby was an added wonderful suprise.
The only thing that needs attention is a non smoking wing. The hall smelled of smoke in front of some rooms.

This hotel has the most friendly helpful staff I have ever met! We had a few problems with some lost concert tickets and the staff went beyond the call of duty to help us making phonecalls, letting us use the internet and comforting us the Manager even got us our first drinks in the bar as we were so frantic. We were to check into The Burlington Hotel, but do to a scheduling error by the Hotel they taxied us to their sisiter hotel the Ballsbridge. This was a great fate for us!! Likes: The yummy breakfast buffet.

Dislikes: Having to walk across a parking lot to another hotel to use a fitness room. The tiny guest room. The below average service in the restaurant. The location is pretty far from most of the things worth doing and seeing in Dublin. It's ok if you have busuness nearby, but if you're a tourist... better to stay closer to the city center.
