Great situation overlooking Perth City Centre, complimentary Continental breakfast with a great choice, friendly staff. We stayed three nights for the price of two, excellent value for money! We had a lovely stay.

The foods good and its clean and tidy. Great for functions. Staff very happy and friendly. The best thing about this hotel is the carvery restaurant. The food is so good

Badly require competent people who can deal with requests and not to be quick in making excuses and pass on to someone else.
Cannot comment on a stay but when trying to arrange for a visiting party it is frustrating with the help we got from the reception and certain staff.
Having asked if we should try somewhere else in Perth we were told it was up to us. How helpful is that I ask.
