tHE DIRTIEST PLACE IN THE WORLD .THEY RUINED OUR HOLIDAYS IN LONDON.I´M NOT VERY SCRUPULOUS BUT THIS HOTEL IS TOO MUCH.I FOUND LITTLE BUGS ON MY BED.i CAN JURY IT.HORRIBLE.

1. The price

We hardly slept the 2 nights we stayed here because RIGHT out our window, ALL night, the garbage truck was dumping bottles and bottles and bottles. We heard glass breaking and being dumped ALL night long!

If you have earplugs and an openmind, then go for it.

We mistakenly spent four nights in June in this dump. We have photos of the garbage that stayed in the hallway a couple of doors down for two days. We have photos of brown stains and boogers on the walls in our room. DO NOT stay in this hotel if you want quiet, service, privacy or cleanliness. This hotel's location is beyond reproach. It's in the middle of Piccadilly Circus and near tons of pubs, clubs, restaurants and theaters. I booked an en suite and was so glad that I did. We had an en-suite room (bathroom in room), and the room was rather small, but the bathroom was a laughable size! Literally a one-person Wash Closet. But the overall experience was very good. The continental breakfast gets serviced like room service. And you cannot beat the location! However the Hotel definitely needs some TLC. But a very nice place to stay!
