It is old, floors creak rooms are small. Everything is outdated. Noisy! Food not good! Personal friendly and helpful the only nice thing I could say about the place. It was a nightmare!
We booked the Christopher Wren for our dream wedding in October for it's location right on the Thames and it's reputation for excellent service.
Poor service, small breakfast, no robes for the brides and bridesmaids, no hot water for any guests who stayed at the hotel and 60 guests who ate at the wedding breakfast got sick. To top it all, the hotel did not care as they had already been paid!
Not bad for £15k!!!
