    There was no receptionist on our arrival. No one carried our luggage.
    Restaurant service was very poor.
    Room carpet was dirty when we checked in.
    Nice location but I don't recommend it.

    Very bad service comparing it to other Relais & Chateaux. My husband and I love to spend relaxed weekends. Altough the place looked nice we will never choose Mallory Court Hotel again because of the poor service.
