Unable to use the high speed internet as it was not connected and the connection point was in a locked cupboard. Had to resort to dial up and was charged $1.06 per minute to a low cost 0845 number.

Nothing in the room showed these call charges, most hotels charge $2.00 set up charge to these number and nothing more.

First, this is an OLD hotel. Like I think Queen Elizabeth the FIRST may have stayed here - when it was new. It was probably in better shape back then.
Ok, it isn't that old, but it may as well be. I was not impressed. Stuffy old place and not worth the almost $350 USD/night we paid for our suite. No - not worth it at all.

I LOVE THIS PLACE BECAUSE THE CREW AND STAFF ARE VERY KIND.THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND WELL-ORDERED.THE STAFF AND CREW ARE VERY HELPFUL AND HANDSOME.
