I stayed in this hotel over 40 weeks during 2003-2004 and it felt like home away from home. My french language skills are poor, but the staff all knew me and greeted me in English. The rooms were clean and comfortable (and a good size for Europe). Parking is no problem because I could leave my car in front of the hotel and they would park it in the garage for me and pull it out the next morning.
