I had a wonderful stay here. It was easy to walk everywhere - the beach is right there and Vieux Nice is as well. Shopping and dining options abound! Don't miss the Flower Market a block or 2 behind the hotel to grab some fresh produce. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The Mercure was a great value, and I'd definitely stay there again.

Great hotel- in the right part of Nice. Can walk to everything. It is clean, and the staff helpful. Breakfast is pricey, but worth it. No coffee in room which for an American was a little difficult, but McDs is around the corner. Lovely to get a cup of cafe and walk across the beach to gaze at the sunrise. Parking is a bear and not really easy to unload baggage at the front door, but well worth the little troubles.

I have just come back from this hotel, and would suggest to anyone to stay there,

If you are going to stay here it is worth paying extra for sea view.

It is just opposite the beach and close to the old town and new town with designer clothes shops just 5 minutes away:)

Excelent location . lovely clean and spacious rooms, I stayed 3 nights with my family, I will certainly stay at this hotel again. nice balcony with excellent view of the city and the sea, friendly staff. breakfasts average.
