Really excellent hotel, lovely staff, good decor, excellent dining facilities and food.
Had a very pleasant break, but we were lucky and had a lovely suite.

This is hands down my favorite place on Earth!!! The view was unbelievable. The location was perfect. This is the one place I want to go back for years to come.

location, location, location. fantastic views, staff are very helpful. Pillows are dreadfull, take your own! Great choice of food every night. good choice for children, they will make chicken nuggets or sausages if they dont like whats on menu. Highly recommended

I was planning to stay one week but because of bad service and bad stuff I chick out on the second day and I went to Salzburg.Note the chick out time is 10:30 in the morning !!!!!!!! ??????? furniture is very old.no house keeping after 5:00 pm. no room service after 10:pm

Just and all around wonderful experience. Such a spectacular location and view. The rooms were nice and cozy and the town is charmingly quaint. It is a great place to stay with a group or just a couple. It is a very romantic setting and atmosphere.

Great staff, cocktail bar, restaurant manager, lake view rooms are wonderful in the main building. Less than 10 mins stroll through pedestrian area to the main gondola. Good variety of slopes and bars etc up the mountain. Very friendly staff everywhere. Good hotel for couples, groups and families. Didn't use the spa etc but other did and ...

The hotel was okay. The rooms were a bit small for the price. Be careful when making resevations, they do not tell you that you are also paying for dinner. Service id the restaurant was by far the worst I have ever experienced. Food was average at best.

I hav ebeen to Zell am See many times...there are many other places that are of better value. This hotel has one thing..nice location.

My wife and I got married at Castle Rosenberg on 05/01/2004 and it was a magical experience. We stayed at the Grand and it was absolutely wonderful,cant say enough to praise it.Food and service a very high standard. Zell am See is amazing and the snow is just the best, crisp and deep.First time skiing and loved it.
Cant wait to return for an anniversary.
