Nice rooms but regular serviceThe rooms are quite nice and clean / all with beautiful seaview. Specially the 8th floor (executive floor) had been very well refurbished.
Pool area many times out of service or not very clean. Music animation at the weekend.
Beach at the hotel waterfront not permitted for swimming (contamination).

Definitely not a 5 star hotel like they claim to be....Overall Room/Restuarant service was terrible. It took over an hour to get ice delivered to our room (not once, but on 3 seperate occassions). The restuarant extremely over charged us for our meal and it took over a half hour to resolve the problem. The air condition was not turned on in the resturant in the 4 days we eat there.
