everything is excellent. though at breakfast service is not efficient as the waiters have to check what is included in your continental breakfast and what is not and that delays service, bill etc

This is an outstanding hotel. The staff is excellent and speak great English. Service is also outstanding. The restaurant is just incredible. The rooms are very nice. They will take care of you. Worth the money!!!

Charleston Hotel Bogota

A beautifully run, elegant hotel on the edge of the fashionable Zona Rosa district. We stayed in a gorgeous suite; we were treated to strawberries and champagne upon arrival. All staff spoke passable English. The hotel's little restaurant (Biblioteca, it's called) is sensational.

We stayed three nights in August 2003, we'll be back in August of this year.
