My Husband and I went to the Sandals Regency and it was the best experience. We had such a great time, everyone was very friendly didn't have any problems at all. The food was great, portions were small but that was to be expected. The land and sea adventure was defitally worth the extra money. We had a great time and met many new friends!

This was by far a big disappointment. I have tried to get a complaint through to Sandles for over a year and no one will contact me. The drinks seemed watered down, the workers were rude and resentful, the music and entertainment was amature at best. I wanted a romantic spot for a wedding renewal. They nickled and dimed us with everything. The ads and claims are very misleading. Don't waste your money!

I just got back form this hotel on 1/12/08. Lets just say that it was not that great.
