Room is lovely and spacious, but no view. Tacky casino. The power went off one night at 4am, and came back after 10am. We complained to the front desk manager who told us we were welcome to LEAVE. Fortunately, Expedia quickly booked us down the street, and we checked out three days early. Front desk manager unprofessional and sarcastic.

This has redefined fraudulent!! My view was of other run down buildings. Ask for the beach?? I am told to go to the Marriott. Most of the times that i visti the hotel is for the casino, love the service, they had always machines available and the people that work there are very gently.

Our stay was incredible!!!!!! My children 11yrs.,12yrs. and 1yr had a ball! Room service was excellent, hotel was very accomodating. Hotel staff was always ready for questions,giving suggestions for things to do in San Juan, any given time of the day or night. Location was excellent very close to the airport.
