Our family was in the area for a teen baseball tourney and to attend the Reds/Rockies game. The hotel was an easy drive to both and away enough to be quiet and safe at a great price. This whole hotel was absolutly amazing!!! My friedn and i stayed there, and we felt like royalty. We drank, we ate, we had so much fun!

underrated wonderful building and good service, food was good, bar & happy hour great ambience, concierge a little cool yet very helpful suggestions and appropriate service. Rooms a little dusty but service made up for it. Decor great antiques, solid and well kept.
Yes we will go back. Balconies should not be mentioned as an attraction they are useless yet rooms to the front street can open window.

We liked the hotel for several reasons:
a)the rate
b)the extraordinary location, near the Rue Saint-Catherine,good restaurants,subway stations(guy-concordia and peel stations)etc.
c) the magnific view from the magnetic terrace (the bar at the top of the hotel
d)the confort of the room.

I have been making trips to Monteal every year for the last 14 years, with only 2 exceptions this is where I have always stayed. Sometimes its just 4 buddies, up for a hockey game, other times its 35 friends on a bus tour. Always, Always, friendly staff, helpful, accomodating and now that Ive been there awhile several of them remember and greet me ...

The hotel has all I need. It is comfortable, very clean and very well managed. The staf are courteous. The underground vale parking is a true plus, especially in the cold weather.
