We enjoyed our stay at the Crown. Great location near all the attractions. Loved the access to the indoor waterparkpark via hotel hallway-was a great idea for the kids...they loved it. The staff was extremely friendly especially the indoor waterpark staff. We will be back again.

The bell service lost my luggage and I stayed there without all my stuffs. They ruined my trip. It was terrible. They gave you $40 gift card for dinner, but you have to eat around $150 to $200 in order to claim it. I went to Marriott and Hilton before, they didn't have condition at all. It was a bad experience for me in this hotel.

Excellent hotel, ideal location directly across from Niagara Falls and connected to Casino Niagara. We stayed when it was the Brock Plaza. Amazing charm and character in a historic hotel. Great service..doesn't get any better from everyone we came in contact with from the doorman, to front desk, to housekeeping and restaurant.
