Service was excellent - They remembered our name. Its connected to fallsview casino which is a great casio with lots of entertainment. Restaurants are great - Mullberys breakfast buffet was just right. The location couldnt be better... just a small walk from the falls.

Enjoyable stay, service lacking

My family and I stayed at this hotel in June, 2006. We had a dining, parking and hotel stay package. I felt it was a very good deal at the price we paid. We had an executive room on the 15th floor. The room was on the corner of the building. We had an obstructed view of the Horseshoe falls. The casino across the street totally blocked the ...
This place was very well worth the money! My husband and I spent our 2nd honeymoon here and I was shocked at the place! The room with the jacuzzi was excellent! The bathroom made you feel like you were in an upscale NYC hotel! The food (breakfast) was wonderfull and hot! We will definetly come back again! Look forward to another visit.

My fiance and I wanted a nice romantic weekend. We got a jacuzzi room and it was so much fun. The room was so nice with the king size bed and the beautiful jacuzzi tub in the room. The staff was awesome. We were surprised how excellant the food was. We are getting married and want to do our reception and honeymoon night here. Can't Wait! We loved it!

The Front Desk staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The room was so elegant and clean, I loved the bed and bathroom. The view of the falls from the dining room on the 18th floor was breathtaking and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The location couldn't be better, being in the centre we just ...
The Hotel does not meet the Renaissance standards that I have experienced in the past. The room was small and needed major upgrades. Parking is very expensive $18/night. The staff is very nice. The bed was very comfortable. OVerall it was an OK experience. I will definetly consider the Embassy Suites and the Mariott, which have a better location by the Falls.

Best hotel ever. The service was exceptional and we were able to go directly to the new casino by a connecting bridge. Took great pictures from above the road. Housekeeping tracked down when we left personal belongs in our room after checkout. Thanks, we had the time of our lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware

This hotel charged our visa $500.00 for a coffee spill they claimed we made on their duvet. I did not see a coffee spill anywhere when we left and told management, but they are adamant. Without proof, they insist it was us. They have a zero tolerance for dirt, whether you did it or not and charge accordingly. Be cautious with this hotel.

Niagara is EXPENSIVE
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/29/06
The hotel itself sits away from the main road to all the attractions. The only way to get to the hotel from the Canadian Falls is the Incline Railway..which you have to pay for, otherwise you have to back track and walk around the hill. The fallsview rooms are descent, but unless you are at the far end of the floor you won't see much because ...
