too noisy. dirty carpet. moldy air. if they put more effort into paying their employees more instead of concentrating on flowers and candles and making the front desk employees beautiful.. then maybe the service will be better. Oh and one more thing...Park Hyatt learn to conserve energy!!!

A bit pricey for the size of the rooms, smaller than other hotel rooms There isn't anything spectacular about this hotel other than the name. Very clean. Had to pay to fill ice bucket. Convenient location to the Royal Ontario Museum and great shopping.

This place was amazing. Just amazing.The spa was my favourite! So relaxing and calm. The service was outstanding and very appreciated. I will definately be coming back!
