HUGE DissappointmentFor the price, this was a huge disappointment. The room was dark, dingy and not very clean. The bed and linens were just awful, very low quality mattress. The "hot tub" is pathetic, has no ambiance, just a small tub in the ground with no view. The restaurant was fair, but really nothing speacial at all, totally lacking atmosphere, ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Pricey but lovely!We loved the view of the Grand Tetons from our room. The stone fireplace was nice. We used it twice. We enjoyed having our own stock of logs right outside our door. The Granary restaurant was expensive but has lovely views of the Tetons and the farms below in the valley. The free breakfast that is included is very nice. rough sheetsI have stayed at this hotel twice and know of a handful of friends who have as well.
On all occations the sheets were VERY rough. In fact, we all got all over body rashes that lasted weeks. Hidden charges galoreThe hotel has a commanding view of the Tetons, but it's downhill from there. Room service is terrible. We ordered breakfast the first morning. Amazing ViewWhen you see pictures on the internet of this place, it is just a taste of what is to come. Spring Creek Ranch is close enough to Jackson, but just a couple of minutes from the town.
