Hotel is old but the rooms were clean. They pipe the mineral water into the jacuzzi/pool which is nice. One of our beds was broken - but they did give us a discount on our bill at checkout. Reservations were made since accomodation necessities explained were available there. Upon arrival, clerk was unable to answer questions because she was new. The Holiday Inn located in Thermopolis is a delightful little find. Guest services were outstanding--Sue, the front desk guru, was extremely helpful and warm.
