The rooms are run down and not cleaned very well. The beds were awful. There are several hotels nearby (Americinn, Country Inn, Super 8). Try one of them instead!

When is any room at the Holiday Manor ever 53 dollars? Leap year? Only with your AARP and AAA cards combined? Or when Godzilla attacks the Twin Cities? Why not just be honest up front? Tell it like it is. Not that 60 bucks for a hotel room is a huge fee, it's not, I just bristle at the unattainable low rate. It's so cheeezy.

I really enjoyed the flexibility to check-in a little early when I arrived in town prior to 3pm. They have a wide variety of room and the pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center are well maintained. The staff new the area well and were courteous. The continental breakfast had more variety then I was expecting. Also, the Green Mill, which might as well be connected had fantastic food...I recommend the calzone!!
