This hotel was very nice and classy. It has a great location in seattle that places you in a classy area of town. It is a very pretty hotel.

The staff was exceptionally polite and my every request was extremely punctual. A big plus for an old retired military man who was impressing his fiance...Need I say any more????

I enjoyed the nostagic themes of the suites and classic architecture. The staff was warm and welcoming.
Centrally located within walkin distance to many downtown amenities. Great for an anniversary.

Awesome customer service, from the moent you walk in, to time of check out, the rates are very reasonable, the decorating is beautiful, especially at Christmas time!

The lobby has beautiful chihuly glass and the hotel is a work of art, It is a few blocks to Pioneer square which has 20 art galleries and is the Historical center of seattle

This was the most beautiful and romantic city that I have ever been to. The hotel was excellent. I would love for everyone to go and stay there atleast once.

I almost hate to use the word "cozy" but it seems fitting. The rooms are nicely decorated with reasonable pricing. The "library"restaurant had a great breakfast and my wife enjoyed the Aveda spa, which is attached to the hotel. We will certainly be back again.

our room had view from three sides with automatic shades that you could see thru or make completely dark. Room services was also very tastey and arrived in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay and onlt left our room to leave after our stay. I would diffently recommend this hotel.
