The hotel is old and the room I was in was a bit run down. The rooms need refurbishment. Also, when I checked in, it was clear that one of the linens on one of the beds had not been changed as there was animal hair in the sheets. I had to have the housekeeping people come and change all of the bedlinens and comforters.
