Overall a nice hotel but only average for the Hilton brand. The room was very clean and quite comfortable, service was above par.

Check-in experience was very bad, the guy that was working that day (Jason) did not seem helpful at all; he was very rude and unprofessional.

Great view of Water front. I suggest asking for a corner room facing the lake. So many view you have one from the toilet.

The people where friendly and helpful. There was shuttle service everywhere at anytime. I received good advice and facts on the town. Internet was very convenient. The view was absolutely amazing even with the naked trees. I had a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is fairly new, has a great view of Lake Champlain and the rooms are spacious and nice, but if you book your hotel online with many of the online booking services, be prepared for second-class treatment. The hotel advertises high-speed internet service, but if you didn't book through Wyndham.com, you will have to pay 9.95 per night, ...

Near the lake and the downtown area, great for shopping and dining. Plan to go again
