Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Indoor pool and jacuzzi a plus, especially in February! Rooms by the pool as well. Located near shopping and restaurants and overlooking Lake Champlain. What's not to like.

The staff are laid back and friendly, not at all stuffy. Very efficient and great follow-up to any special requests. It's a busy place and there's so much to do nearby ~ dozens of restaurants all in walking distance! Burlington is a such a nice small city, be sure to go off Season, November, December or Feb/Mar/April before the crowds arrive....you can get great deals!
