it's been employee housing for a local ski mountain for a couple of years now. that would explain the rough visit in 0809. its no longer open to the public,

Went to Inn across street to stay, had stayed at Dostals 2 years ago, the manager deceived, one price on phone, a larger price when there. Beer bottles, cigarettes, trash all over the place. Place went belly up.Scandals of predators surround Dostals. Magic Inn very nice, affordable, clean, rooms are nice.

everything awful, jimy and bily awful,rooms smelled like cigaretes and booze. jimy cheat money from husban. hostal dirti much mone have nothin friends sad with dostal hostal.

I returned to Dostals in Oct 2000 after a 12 year absence. It was like being home again after a long vacation. I enjoyed showing my son where the owners daughter and I use to play Barbie dolls and where I met several celebrities playing tennis with the owners children. My parents started vacationing at Dostals 39 years ago.

Fast forward to ...

My friend and I arrived at Dostal's at 4:00 p.m. to check in. As we pulled in we could see someone barbequing on a grill, people sitting around a table drinking, kids and a dog running around, children's toys all over and soda and beer cans on the ground. My impression was that this was a welfare hotel. We go to the office and it is ...

Don't know what this guy is talking about. The place was friendly & clean.

Most guests we saw were nice young families on a budget or international students (hostelling types)on "year abroad" programmes.

We met Jimmy. He & his family could not have been nicer.

The place had a lively bar, nice fireplace in the lounge ...

All I can say is this place is the biggest DUMP I have ever stopped at!

I didn't even stay. Trash all over, both in terms of people and garbage!

the rooms smelled musty like they had mold in them, and they were not that clean either. the pool was not open as much as the web site states. over all i would give this motel a below average reting.
the person at the desk "jimmy" was rude too, quoted us one rate and them did not want to stick to it when we got there.
