Everything was as we expected on arrival. My wife and I will be making the trip as a tradtition many years to come. The room we stayed in was one of the properties suites, and was GORGEOUS!

the pillows sunk your head to the bed, woke up unrested. excellent service, maybe too good however, every time I turned around there were three to five guys helping me that expected a tip. When one guy could have handeled the job- started to get really annoyed, especially when I checked out and found out they charged me to park in the garage. If I had known that, I wouldn't have tipped the parking attendants so much.

During our stay at Stein ERikson Lodge we really enjoyed the clean bathrooms and spa kits. WE did not enjoy the outside business but it was made up for by the great features of the hotel!

The place was spectacular, best hotel i have ever stayed at by far! The people, services, beauty, privacy, and management were top quality! The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable! i was able to meet the G.M. and he was so helpful and considerate to my every need! and even though i was nobody special he made me feel like i mattered!
