Nothing spectacular. "Sleep Number" beds have NEVER been fully operable in rooms I have stayed. Not a luxury hotel even though they think it is. Coffee kiosk didn't open until 8:00 am (are they kidding? People want coffee before 8----open at least by 6!!!!!) Sometimes desk staff are "trashy" and don't make you feel confident about the cleanliness of the rooms. POOR first impression.

Staff was OK ,,, room was clean and comfortable. Did not use room service or workout room. Nicely located in downtown SLC. Will stay here again.

The restaurant management staff at this location was horrendous. Although other Radissons I have visted have been pleasant, the restaurant manager in Salt Lake City was particularly rude and seemed to care far more about continuing loud conversations with the front desk staff then providing any kind of service.

Enjoyed the workout room and pool. Parking was a hassle due to construction, but the personnel were really helpful and allowed for an early check in.

The hotel was nice. Room service was slow and the food was average. Great location and parking was easy. Good for business trips!

While I booked a non-smoking room, the hotel listed my reservation for a smoking room. This was fixed immediately at check-in. Also resolved fairly quickly was a missing iron from my room and a non-functioning toilet.
