We stayed at the Omni South Park for our visit to see “Thomas The Train”. Two miserable days, the light in the bathroom went out the first morning, so when had to shower and dress in the dark. We were never able to dial out of our room and no one from room service or maintenance ever picked up.

Yup, this is the place! To work out, relax, sit by the pool and warm yourself in the hot tub. The workout rooms are fantastic and the equipment commercial grade. Enough machines for more than a dozen at a time. Clean showers, lockers, towels, soap and blow driers also provided. I can check in, and workout at leisure. They have everything I need, coast to coast, because they provide a yearly workout memberhip plan too!

I liked that the services where right on time and it was clean made you feel like you were at home. And the hotel it self made you feel like you belonged and the childern can't wait to go back to Austin just to stay there and many other reasons.

I booked the Omni online and received my double room for under $100/night. The room was beautiful, the lobby inviting, and the restaurant fabulous.

I love the hotel employees. They were extremely fiendly and helpful. They made my working trip seem like a vacation getaway. The pool is GREAT!!! The views of downtown Austin was beautiful.
