The place was dirty and run down. I've stayed at cleaner and upgraded places for half the price as I paid here. Checked out early and front desk would not give me money back for the second night.(They claimed they had no money on hand.) Got a check in the mail some six weeks later after call once a week. The only thing I can say is the swimming pool was nice.

We were blown away at how completely dirty our room was. We were in the room 10 minutes and let the kids play on the floor. Since my 11mth. old doesn't walk, he crawled around. My family and I were there this past weekend. We had a blast, 4th of july was great. The staff were outstanding, we had a few issues, mainly due to the noise of the people there, but it was great!! Can't say enough about front desk! Nicole, Victoria, Eva, and Eric...Thanks for the outstanding service!!!!

This hotel, or atleast the condo we rented was, to say the least, horrific. The master bedroom was the size of a large bathroom stall. The "bunkbeds" were of sardine size and are clearly limited to small children under the age of 5. The fold out couch bed was laughable. You had to lay the mattress on the floor for some form of comfort, ...

I THINK YOUR HOTEL IS THE BEST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN IN SO KEEP I ASOME AND CLEAN I ALSO THINK THE SERVICE IS ASOME THE OUSE KEEPERS ARE ALSO ASOME AND I LIKE THAT YOU PUT IN A MICROWAVEA REFIGERATOR A ROOM A BED ON THE SIDE AND A URN OUT BED SOFA OH I ALMOST FERGOT AND THE FLAT SCREEN TV IN THE BEDROOM!!!!:)

We have stayed at a few different Hawthorn Suites hotels before and always been impressed. This one is in a great location (on the waterfront near major attractions and restaurants) and very reasonably priced.

My family has been coming here for the longest time this is the only hotel we stay at when we go down there we never had any problems exsept for when little kids thought they were trying to be cool they were loud and did not respect people around them but this is the best place you would ever go
