It is simply the Best!!
The rooms are always perfect...beds so comfy...food so tasty...and the staff...very friendly and helpful!

I went once when I was about 5 or 6. And I wanted to get a Cheesecake. It took about a hour, and me and my dad kept going down to the resturant and back up to our hotel room. And why it took so long, was because they wrote my name in Chocolate "Allison" and had flowers on the sides too on the plate. I still have that plate. It was a truly great experience, that I will never forget.

I liked everything from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. This place is like a dream. I will remember this stay for the rest of my life, and smile.

I took my girlfriend to the restaurant for her birthday last year and we were not impressed. I've heard about this place for my entire life so it did have a lot to live up to. The meal was $300 for both of us but I am more impressed with Bellini's $20 Veal Parmesian a block away. The food was not bad, but it was not fantastic.

My wife and I were turned away on our wedding night because the hotel was booked up, after I confirmed a month in advance for late arrival. The hotel did comp us a room at the Adolphus for the night.

Room outstanding. Service excellent. Friendly personnel. Not very impressed with the breakfast but evening dining was a very enjoyable experience which made it a great place to celebrate our 50th Anniversary.
