With the mandatory valet parking, you are taking huge risks. I, and several people I know, have used the valet parking service (again, mandatory) and have come back with severely damaged vehicles. Then, upon notifying the hotel's general manager, Stephen Andre, absolutely nothing was done. Phone calls were not returned. Terrible service, terrible management, and the worst valet service on the planet!!
