I left several articles of clothing. When I called, housekeeping had turned my things in to the office. I contacted FedEx who picked my things up & had them shipped backed to me. The room was very comfortable & well equiped. The location was just great, right near the Cotton Bowl & right on 45. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dallas.

We have stayed here several times, to go to concerts at the Smirnoff, and have always had a good experience. The rooms are reasonable, clean, and the BuzzBrew cafe on grounds is a major plus, we just love dining there!

First of all the web site is a complete lie it is no where near as large as the site makes it seem nor as elegant. The bottom portion of the tub was fade beyond belief with black stains. The sofa had stains on it most of the lighting did not work. The paint job looked to be done by a 5 year old. We had to move the sofa in order to watch television ...

While my husband was taking treatments at Baylor University Hospital, we stayed here two separate times. Both times were very satisfactory. We plan to stay here again this weekend while visiting Dallas.

I work with a band and we have been here several times. The price is great for musicians on a budget! We usually get 3 rooms and they give us a break in the price. It's close to the venue and the showers seem to be a high point for the guys. Nice marble walls and good water pressure.
