Front desk a little slow at check in but the restaurant more than made up for it the next morning. Service in the restaurant was great and buffet food was hot and delicious.

I, Haeryun K. Tatum stayed at your hotel from 28Mar2009 to 04Apr2009, I believe, total 7nights (total3500points?). I asked your staff to put all points of nights I stay to the United Mileage Plus when I checked. Staff only added/gave one night stay on 4Apr. Add rest of my stay/points to United ASAP please, and let me know. Thank you.

On the downside: We could have stayed at the Motel 6 and saved a bunch of money. The Doubletree was very disappointing as far as amenities go. The rooms were absolutely no better than a Holiday Inn or a Days Inn. Room service got our orders wrong and didn't correct it.
On a positive note: The staff were as nice as I have ever met anywhere.

Stayed over during Memorial Day & every employee was very courteous.We could not fully shut off the shower & it was fixed promptly by the following day.The maid service was also excellent & the free shuttle service which is on demand to the airport was a godsend cause Highway 410 which is adjacent to the hotel was being renovated and yes I would stay at Doubletree again.

I was really disappointed in the lack of trust in the housekeeping staff. I left my dress hanging in the closet and I never got it back. I realized I had left my dress only hours after we checked out. The lack of concern from the hotel management was even worse. They really didn't seem to care. This place was such a disappointment.

I have stayed at other Doubletrees, but this one was not anything like the others. It had a neat set-up that you can get into your room from inside or the balcony, but that wsa the only good thing about this hotel. The bed was like trying to sleep on a trampline. The walls were like paper, I could hear EVERYTHING going on in in the room next to us, ...

We visited the Doubletree in late June - this was the first & hope the last time we
stay at this hotel. The room rates were way
too much for what we had; we paid for the name "Hilton" that weekend. When we tried to check in at 3pm our room wasn't ready & we weren't the only ones in the lobby waiting to check in. Lots of ...

This is a great hotel and worth the cost. Rooms are large and comfortable. Cribs are available rather than Pack-N-Plays.

We got a deal for this hotel from Priceline so paid $75 for our rooms (booked two rooms). When we checked in the lady at the counter said:

i) we could not get adjacent rooms;
ii) we could only get rooms on the first floor;
iii) we had to wait 15 minutes for our rooms because they has to be cleaned;

because we got the deal from Priceline. ...
