The hotel has put a lot of money in superficial cosmetic repairs that look tacky. The hotel staff had no athority to solve common problems. Don't stay here if you need flexability in your travel plans. They will charge you for nights you book evein if your travel plans change. There are plenty of nice hotels in the Kerrville area, the big texas inn is not one of them. The hallways smell of urine.

This is a nice little hotel. The price is great. Tha staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful pool,clean rooms, and a good continental breakfast! Its close to many attractions around the San Antonio area. Its a beautiful little place in the middle of the beautiful hill country.

Very plain but clean room. Somewhat dated pool has large shallow area separated from deep area that was great for my 3-yr-old. Service was friendly and efficient.

I was over charged for a room ($20/nite) beyond what was quoted on my internet reservation. The room had no hair drier, no coffee maker and no shampoo. Towels we undersized hand towels. When I challenged the rate at checkin, no correction and no other available rooms in town. I was with a group of 10 others, 5 rooms and we each had different rates. This place is not only bad, its dishonest.
