Pool has an awesome water fall type thing that the kids just loved, close to the river walk and the Alamo. Coffee was available for no charge in the lobby. Staff was helpful.
Parking was on the expensive side.

The hotel managed to mess up our reservation and only had us down for one night. They were extremely rude and slow when it came to requests made from the room. It took the entire day to bring a roll-away bed up to the room, and it arrived after about six calls to the front desk. Room service was pitiful and slow...not to mention over-priced for ...
