I love the place. I enjoy every bit of my stay, for which i will strongly recommended this place for a peaceful nice stay.

Hotel is beautiful, I love the new renovations and the breakfast is excellent and the staff is more than accomadating. The managers reception is nothing but fun and relaxing. The bartender is excellent and even remembered my drink preference. The hotel staff seems to take pride in the hotel and it's guests. If I am everback in El Paso I will be sure to stay there.

Yes, I had a security latch fall of as soon as I tried to lock the door, too!!! The place is under construction, but it did not say that on their site when i booked travel. was on 5th floor and major hammering and "moving around" sounds were out of control. the rooms are being renovated, but it was long!!!!! overdue. it felt dirty, ...

WHERE DO I START?
NON-SMOKING ROOM SMELLED OF SMOKE, BROKEN SECURITY LATCH, TORN CARPET, WAY OLD FURNITURE AND BEDDING.
REQUESTED SECOND ROOM...THUMPING AIR CONDITIONER, HARD BEDS, NOT ENOUGH TOWELS FOR 3 PEOPLE; ROOM SERVICE MEAL BUT NO CONDIMENTS SUCH AS DRESSING FOR SALADS EVEN ON REQUEST. ICE MACHINE ON FLOOR BROKEN.

BREAKFAST BUFFET ...

Arrived late Friday evening 5-12-06. Origional room never cooled off, although checked by maintenance Sat. 5-13. Changed rooms, which did get cooler. Ballroom on 8th Floor (we were on 3rd) had a party. Music actually shaking walls in room. Called desk to complain--was told "It will be over around midnite. Feel completely ripped off and overcharged. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

It was an average stay. The girl at the counter was not helpful. One of my colleagues was assigned a smoking room inspite of a nonsmoking request. Breakfast next morning was nice. Pick up from hotel took too much time~40 minutes though it is 10 minutes away. Located on highway, lot of noise. Not looking forward to stay there next time.

Embassy suites boasts made-to-order breakfast, but the El Paso location attempts to steer the breakfast crowd to the pre-made scrambled eggs and sides in chafing dishes. The cook actually winces when asked to make an omelet or fried eggs, then gives excuses as to why he cannot accommodate your order. They also frequently run out of bacon, ...

Nice pool and hot tub but heavy on the chemicals. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Ended the night sleeping on the floor using the couch cushions for padding. The wallpaper was peeling. Service was good.
