LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT, THE BEAUTIFUL LONG DRIVE TO THE PLUSH HOTEL LOBBY. THE ROOM WITH BALCONY OVER LOOKING PLUSH GARDENT IS GREAT!!! I LOVE STAYING HERE, EVERYTIME WE GO TO NASHVILLE I CHECK TO SEE IF THERE IS AVAILABILITY. OUR DAUGHTER IS SPENDING HER HONEYMOON HERE, WOULD WE LET HER STAY SOMEWHERE THAT WASN'T JUST FABULOUS!!!

Bad service ok rooms, can not even get a cup of coffee in the lobby.Check in took 1 hour.
I will go to Hampton inn next time.

BETTER THAN OPRYLAND HOTEL, ROOM WAS MUCH MORE SPACIOUS, LOVED THE ATMOSPHERE.
THE POOL AREA WAS MORE ACCESSIBLE FOR THE YOUNGSTERS. WANNA GO BACK SOON!!

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They upgraded me to a suite at no additional charge! My room as well as the rest of the hotel was extremely clean and very magnificently appointed. The only negative thing I experienced was the balcony with chairs. I would have loved to have been able to sit out there but it was near a busy highway and was too noisy. I definitely will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

This is such a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was quiet, so that's a plus if you want to catch some rest. The hotel restaurant is a little expensive, but most hotel restaurants are. The location is great for the Nashville International Airport, however, there is alot of construction and traffic surrounding the hotel, so plan accordingly. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

I was there on business, and it takes a very good stay at a hotel for me to remember it. The SMC is unbelieveable, food quality, comfort, staff...you wont find a better one in the southeastern US. I will never stay anywhere else, even if it means I have to drive further.

This has to be the worst hotel that I have EVER stayed in! The picture is the view that we had, and the noise that came out of that heating/air conditioner unit was unbearable, all day and ALL NIGHT!!!!! I was there with my company and we had meetings for two days, I went without sleep for two days. I ask to be moved, they said they could not move ...

paid 169.00 per night .wouldn't give a breakfast coupon.Bathroom wasn't cleaned ,bed linnen wasn't changed.Just stayed two nights. Shuttle driver caused three of four of our party to miss earlier flight because he was acting as Valet while driving shuttle.

It was Very clean, convenient to restaraunts and shopping and the service was the epitomy of southern charm. The rooms were big and the linens were of good quality. We really like the indoor access to the rooms opposed to the outdoor. The consierge was very helpful in telling us where we could dine and shop as well as see the attraction and she even made some reservations for us.
